Refund Policy

One-off credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no more than five credits have been used. Once a board has been composed beyond that, the used portion is non-refundable and the remainder may be refunded at our discretion.

• You may cancel a subscription at any time; it then ends at the close of the current cycle.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than five credits, you may request a full refund of that payment.

Ordinary home accents may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and checked.

Email support@llawdecor.shop with your order details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days, using the same method as your original payment where possible.

Online card checkout is not yet connected (payment provider pending). Where payment has been arranged by email, any refund is returned by the same arrangement.
